It's not about your weight. It's about the fat to muscle ratio. In general, yes, a doctor will tell you that 115 lbs for 5'2" is in the healthy range. But factors not considered are things like body type (e.g. larger frame) and ethnicity. You can be 5'2", size 0, 115 lbs and still "fat" if your body contains a lot of fat compared to muscle. Given the exact same height/size/weight, if your body contains primarily muscle, you will look a lot thinner. 1 lb muscle weighs the same as 1 lb fat, but takes up much less space since it's more dense. So you can look thinner and feel healthier even if you weigh, say, even 125 lbs at 5'2".

please honey, dont go there! You arent fat and its hard to hear somebody say that im 5'2 136 pounds i wear a size 9/10 S at aeropostale and a size XL in shirts if you wanna see what fat really looks like pig out on fatty foods like i did when i was like 8

You're fine. If you go too far with the weight loss that 34C is going to be a B or an A cup. I doubt you want that...
