Okay. Today is my birthday and I got the day off school. For pretty much ever, my dad has said that when I turn 16 he would get me a car. We always joked about it every year and he KNOWS I wanted a white Nissan 370Z for my birthday. A few months ago I started dropping that that was the one I wanted and he kept nodding. I even changed the background to the family computer to a Z and he didn't change it so he has to know. I woke up this morning and ran outside expecting my Z to be sitting outside parked LIKE HE PROMISED. Instead, they gave me A STUPID FREAKING HOT WHEELS CAR. I am so upset!!! Okay, sometimes I can take a joke, right? but I've bene waiting for this my whole life! I told everyone at school my dad was getting me a Z for my birthday and they were sooooooo jealous and now I have to tell them I got a stupid hotwheels car? At first I thought "oh hahaha okay he must be picking it up from the dealer later or it's still being delivered or something" but when I asked him we got into a big fight because he said "he was only joking" and that he doesn't trust me with my own car and that I HAVEN'T FREAKING EARNED IT. Okay dad I'm 16, I'm pretty much an adult and I am a good kid, what else do you want? He said if I got a job I could save up for a down payment and we could go shopping then, and he suggested I save up for like, a Sentra. Um, no dad! You drive a BMW ok? You can afford the car I want a lot more than I can! My dad and mom both have good jobs and we have a big house and plenty of money!

UGH I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW HE BASICALLY RUINED MY 16TH BIRTHDAY AFTER HE PROMISED THIS TO ME MY WHOLE LIFE. What can I do?
